SunOpta Acquires Purity Life Health Products
SunOpta Inc., Toronto, Canada, has acquired 100% of the business and assets of Purity Life Health Products, Acton, Ontario, and related companies. Purity’s revenue in the current year will be approximately $50 million. The addition of natural and organic health and beauty aids, vitamins, supplements and nutraceuticals is consistent with SunOpta’s strategy to expand the breadth of complementary products and services offered to its current customer base across Canada.
